We are looking for a Business Controller with a strong forward-looking mindset, able to understand the business, challenge assumptions, and anticipate performance. This person will report to the CFO and work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, focused on forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis, bringing visibility on future risks and opportunities, and helping translate business activity into financial impact.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being both analytical and operational, and who wants to have a real impact in a fast-growing international company, including exposure to consolidation, audits, due diligence, and SaaS business metrics.

🖥️ Responsibilities

📊 Business & Financial Planning

• Build and maintain business plans and financial models at Group level

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities

• Anticipate deviations and propose corrective actions aligned with business goals

📈 Business Partnering (strong focus on Sales)

• Partner closely with Sales and commercial teams to understand performance drivers

• Analyze revenue, pricing, conversion, and pipeline metrics

• Translate business activity into financial impact and projections

📉 Performance & P&L Ownership

• Own and analyze full P&L (revenue, costs, margins)

• Monitor variances vs budget/forecast and explain key drivers

• Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency

🔍 Financial Insights & Decision Support

• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management

• Support strategic decisions with data-driven analysis

• Challenge assumptions and contribute to business discussions

🧾 Financial & Operational Understanding

• Collaborate with Accounting and Controllers to ensure alignment with closing data

• Understand end-to-end financial closing processes

• Participate in due diligence, audits, and ad-hoc financial analysis

👀 What are we looking for?

• +5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or similar roles

• Strong business mindset (not only accounting-focused)

• Experience in forecasting and financial modelling

• Solid understanding of P&L and financial statements

• Experience working closely with commercial or revenue teams

💡 Ideal background

• Previous experience in Audit or Consulting companies.

• Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments (highly valued)

• Exposure to international environments
