We are looking for a Senior Product Owner (Delivery-Focused) to take ownership of the product backlog and drive the successful delivery of product initiatives across our UK & Ireland B2B team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that product requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with business value, enabling the development team to deliver efficiently and consistently. We are looking for someone who thrives on execution, ensures delivery outcomes, and continuously improves processes to maximise team performance.

🖥️ Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of product initiatives, from backlog definition through to release and iteration

• Ensure all work entering sprints is clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives

• Manage and continuously optimise the product backlog in Jira, ensuring it is always structured, up to date, and ready for execution

• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria

• Break down complex initiatives into incremental deliverables that maximise speed and reduce risk

• Lead backlog refinement sessions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical feasibility

• Prepare and drive sprint planning, ensuring realistic commitments and well-defined scope

• Actively support the team during sprints, removing blockers quickly and ensuring smooth execution

• Maintain a strong focus on delivery outcomes, timelines, and quality, not just process adherence

• Identify inefficiencies in delivery processes and proactively introduce improvements to increase team velocity and predictability

• Challenge stakeholders when priorities are unclear, misaligned, or not value-driven

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders

• Ensure continuous feedback loops and iteration based on delivery outcomes and stakeholder input

📌 Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Owner in Agile environments, ideally within B2B or SaaS contexts

• Strong track record of driving end-to-end delivery of digital products, ensuring timely and high-quality releases

• Hands-on experience managing and prioritising complex backlogs in Jira

• Strong ability to write clear, structured, and testable requirements that enable efficient development

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product delivery frameworks

• Experience working closely with engineering teams, understanding their workflows and constraints

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and align decisions

• High attention to detail combined with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
