At iWantGreatCare, part of the Top Doctors Group, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Delivery-Focused) to lead products and domains with high strategic impact across our UK & Ireland B2B team.

This role combines product strategy, operational leadership, and delivery ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring product initiatives are aligned with business goals, operational continuity is maintained, and the product roadmap delivers measurable outcomes for users and the business. We are looking for someone who can comfortably balance strategy, execution, and operational decision-making in fast-paced and high-impact environments.

🖥️ Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the vision and strategy of your product, aligned with the company and product area objectives.

• Lead continuous discovery together with Product Design and Engineering, validating both problems and solutions before development begins.

• Be accountable for the outcomes of the product, ensuring business and user metrics are continuously monitored, improved, and agreed upon with the Product Director.

• Take full ownership of the product backlog, which is a reflection of product decisions made during discovery, ensuring priorities remain aligned with business value and strategic goals.

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring clarity on what is being built and why, including expansion opportunities across multiple countries and platforms.

• Manage live operations and respond to critical incidents when necessary, ensuring continuity of service and rapid decision-making.

• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product Design, and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

• Ensure the business has sufficient product understanding and context to operate autonomously without relying on Product for every decision.

• Support and coach Product Managers and Product Analysts when applicable, acting as a product leadership reference within the organisation.

• Prioritise initiatives based on impact, balancing short-term operational needs with long-term product strategy.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve product processes, operational efficiency, and delivery effectiveness.

📌 Minimum requirements:

• C1 native level of English, both written and spoken. This is a client-facing role operating in a UK market context.

• Proven experience as Product Manager or similar in product roles, ideally within B2B or SaaS contexts.

• Proven ability to manage simultaneous delivery and strategic responsibilities without losing clarity on priorities.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product delivery frameworks.

• Availability for occasional travel to the UK to meet clients and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of the healthcare market is desirable, particularly in the context of patient experience, clinical outcomes, or health technology platforms.

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
