As Go-To-Market & Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing strategy for Top Doctors, I Want Great Care, Manitex, and Top Health Tech, helping healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals and NHS stakeholders discover and adopt innovative digital solutions.
This is a highly visible role where strategy and execution go hand in hand. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Business Development and senior leadership teams to launch new services, drive partner acquisition, increase engagement, and accelerate growth across one of our most strategic markets.
Your work will directly contribute to expanding our presence in the UK healthcare ecosystem while helping healthcare providers adopt technologies that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
🚀 Lo que harás en tu día a día
Own the growth marketing strategy for the UK market across multiple brands and partner segments.
Design and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, service enhancements, and brand activations.
Develop multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, partner acquisition, engagement, and activation.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives and growth targets.
Lead and coordinate the Performance Marketing and Social Media team for the UK market, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth strategy.
Coordinate with design teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets, including landing pages, presentations, microsites, email campaigns, and event materials.
Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimise results through experimentation and testing.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to adapt positioning, messaging, and strategies to the evolving UK healthcare landscape.
Deliver compelling presentations and pitches for business development opportunities, events, and internal stakeholders.
Act as a key connector between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Business Development teams to ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives.

You enjoy combining strategy with execution, turning ideas into measurable growth, and working in fast-paced environments where marketing has a direct impact on business performance.
You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Go-To-Market or similar strategic marketing roles.
✔ Experience designing and executing marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and growth.
✔ Strong experience analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
✔ Experience working across multiple products, brands, customer segments, or international markets.
✔ Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Business Development stakeholders.
✔ A strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation strategies, customer journeys, and go-to-market execution.
✔ Excellent project management, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+).
✔ Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
➕ Experience within digital healthcare, eHealth, SaaS, marketplaces, or technology-driven businesses will be highly valued.
➕ Experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics platforms is a plus.
