As Growth & Partner Marketing Manager, you'll own the B2B marketing strategy for Top Doctors, iWantGreatCare, Manitex and Top Health Tech, designing initiatives that drive partner acquisition, engagement and growth across one of our most strategic markets.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead a team of three marketing specialists (UK Social Media, UK Performance Marketing and Ireland Digital Marketing), helping them grow while ensuring every initiative contributes to business objectives.
This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll have the autonomy to shape the marketing roadmap for the region, working closely with Sales, Business Development and specialist marketing teams to transform ideas into measurable business growth and pipeline impact.
🚀 What you'll do
📈 Drive Growth & Demand
Plan and run multi-channel B2B campaigns (paid, email, social, web, events) to generate leads and drive partner acquisition, engagement and activation across the UK & Ireland.
Design and deliver multi-brand go-to-market plans for product launches, brand activations and new services aimed at doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare partners.
Own the numbers: track, analyse and optimise campaign performance through continuous testing and iteration to improve conversion and pipeline contribution.
🤝 Lead & Collaborate
Lead, coach and develop your team — the UK Social Media, UK Performance Marketing and Ireland Digital Marketing specialists — keeping execution aligned with brand objectives and growth priorities.
Orchestrate the wider marketing supply chain: partner with our in-house Design, Email Marketing and SEO specialists, and manage our external paid media agency, to ship high-quality, on-brand assets and campaigns (landing pages, decks, microsites, email, events).
Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to align marketing with pipeline goals and revenue targets.

Conduct market and competitor research to adapt messaging and positioning to the evolving UK &
Ireland's healthcare and eHealth landscape.
Champion a test-and-learn culture, bringing new ideas, technologies and AI-powered marketing approaches that improve performance and team efficiency.
👀 We'd love to meet you if...
If you enjoy building growth strategies that combine creativity, data and commercial impact, you'll probably thrive in this role if you have:
✔ 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing or Demand Generation, ideally within SaaS, technology, digital services or marketplace businesses.
✔ A proven track record of generating qualified leads and pipeline growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
✔ Previous experience leading or mentoring marketing professionals, helping teams grow while delivering outstanding results.
✔ Strong command of performance and digital channels (paid search & social, LinkedIn, email, SEO, landing pages / CRO) and tools such as Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn Ads, and GA4 — enough to set direction for your team and steer an external paid media agency.
✔ Experience collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
✔ A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance, optimise campaigns and make informed business decisions.
✔ Native or professional-level English.

➕ Experience in marketing to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals or NHS stakeholders.
➕ You have developed brand marketing, partner marketing or channel marketing strategies.
➕ Spanish or another European language.

🕑 Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Fridays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
💰 Salary range from 43.000€ to 48.000€
