Because you'll have a direct impact on the growth of Top Doctors UK. As our Inside Sales Team Lead, you will lead the team responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities, ensuring every interaction with potential clients creates value and contributes to the company's commercial objectives.
This is an opportunity to combine people leadership, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with the Field Sales, Client Manager, and Revenue Operations teams to continuously improve productivity, conversion rates, and the overall customer journey.
🚀 What you will do
Lead, coach and develop the Inside Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Monitor team activity, KPIs and performance, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve business goals.
Optimise sales schedules and appointment generation to maximise the quality and conversion of meetings for the Field Sales team.
Train and support the team on Dynamics 365, CRM best practices, databases and digital sales tools.
Ensure the quality of the sales pipeline by reviewing opportunities and maintaining consistent sales processes.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates and commercial efficiency.
Handle strategic customer calls and provide operational support whenever required.
Analyse performance data, identify trends and proactively implement initiatives to improve team results and operational efficiency.

You enjoy developing people, are motivated by commercial success and thrive on improving processes to help teams perform at their best. You'll likely be a great fit if you have:
✔ Previous experience leading an Inside Sales, SDR or Sales Development team in a B2B environment.
✔ Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
✔ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate commercial data into actionable improvements.
✔ Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
✔ Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills with a strong results-driven mindset.
✔ Fluent English (C1 level or above), both written and spoken.
➕ Experience in SaaS, HealthTech or other fast-growing technology companies would be a plus.

💰 Salary between 28.000€ and 40.000€ gross per year.
